Launched in 1976, Ticketmaster is a well known and very successful ticket sales and distribution company. With it's long history, the company has the most experience in ticket sales all over the US.
With it's long standing history in the ticket sales industry, Ticketmaster.com has garnered a strong reputation and have brokered partnership deals with artists, sports teams, and many venues all across the US. One notable partnership is the merger with Live Nation, the largest concert promoter around, formed in 2009.
Ticketmaster.com offers tickets for concerts, sports, arts & theatre, family events, and pretty much any live events, big or small that you can think of. The user experience in ordering is quite simple, as every event is categorized by genre, date, location and the search button enables you to find any event. You can download and print your tickets from your phone as they have a very mobile-friendly app that easy to use. Ticketmaster also promotes customer guarantees, as you can return tickets within 3 days of purchase or make an exchange. It also offers refunds only if events are cancelled.
While the guarantees are great, Ticketmaster does have a few issues such as ticket fees. Nobody likes fees, but the fees will add up based on events and a host of other small charges. It's also worth noting that as you buy your tickets online, there are no options to see your view from your seat.
